• Bespoke coaching through a structured program involving drawing from clients’ personal strengths to help them reach their long-term health goals. Focus is on behavior change and helping to create long term, sustainable habits in a supportive environment.
• Sessions involve taking inventory of a client's needs/desires around personal health goals and supporting clients in setting incremental weekly goals around nutrition and exercise.
• Topics are client-driven, and sessions provide the structure, accountability, encouragement and education/ideas to help clients reach their own personal versions of success.
